A Notice About Potential Shipment Delays Due To California Wildfires

Our thoughts are with our Ling's community in Los Angeles as these horrific wildfires continue to burn. 

We would like to take a moment to briefly address any shipping disruptions, as there are many orders that were placed before evacuation orders were enforced. While our shipping partners are working their hardest to access affected areas, safety is, of course, of the highest priority. Carrier disruptions are as follows: 

UPS: Delivery attempts will continue unless conditions become unsafe. Undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender. Impacted ZIP codes: 91001, 91009, 91003, 90272, 90049, 90401, 90402, 90265, 91011, 91012, 91023.

On Track: Packages to mandatory evacuation areas will be held for three days, after which they will be returned if conditions have not improved. Affected ZIP codes: 91107, 91104, 91103, 90272, 90049, 91342, 90265, 90101, 90290 91042, 91304, 91307, 91436, 93021, 912356, 91364.

USPS: The Wrightwood and Pinon Hills Post Offices are closed due to wildfires. Mail services are redirected to the Phelan Post Office, where proper identification is required for pickups.
