PACKAGE DETAILS:
- Package: Bridesmaid bouquet x6 (approx. 7" wide by 13" tall), each posy has attached with 1.5Yd burgundy ribbon.
- Material: Made of high-quality silk/foam/PU flowers and silk greenery.
- Silk flowers include yellow sunflower, burgundy Vendela rose, and red delphinium flower.
- PU flowers include plum tulip.
- Foam flowers include burgundy rose, and pink cedar rose.
- Greenery includes laurel leaf, eucalyptus leaf, and burgundy berry.
Note: There might be a little deform during handling, storing, and transportation. Please adjust the flowers to recover their shapes after receiving them.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
