Size
A set of arrangements in 2 sizes. The large one is 20" x 9.8" x 25.6" while the smaller one is 15.7" x 9.8" x 15.7".

Material
The arrangement is a merge of beautiful foam/silk flowers. Petite roses are the main flowers in magenta & plum, accented with dahlia, chorale rose, gardenia, cute berries & mint leaves.
Note
- Some flowers may arrive out of shape from shipping, but you can easily refresh them by hand or with a steamer.
- Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, and other weather conditions might damage the shape or color. Store them in a cool, dry place for a better appearance.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.
- Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
- Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
- Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
