-Silk/foam flowers: Rose, Gardenia, Chinese Rose, Dandelion, Calla Lily
-Silk greenery: Leaves, green plants, green balls, pine needle grass, dodder, nine-leaf saw leaves, fern leaves, asparagus leaves, phoenix fern.

Note
- Some flowers may arrive out of shape from shipping, but you can easily refresh them by hand or with a steamer.
- Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, and other weather conditions might change your flowers’ color and shape. Store your bouquet in a cool, dry place until you’re ready for the aisle.

  • Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS 

  • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging. 
  • Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
  • You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect. 
  • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
  • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
  • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.

REPLACEMENTS

  • Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
  • If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
