Note
- As our vases are made by full hand, during the production molding and firing process, due to the characteristics of the material and the temperature, therefore, tiny air holes and handmade marks may appear. These are completely normal and nothing to worry about, as they are a testament to the uniqueness of each handmade piece.
- Care Instruction: Try to place it in a warm and dry place. You can wipe it with a soft cloth.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.
- Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
- Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
- Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
