-Silk/foam flowers: Eskimo rose, lilac hydrangea, plum lily galsand flowers, phalaenopsis, lilac pea flower, gardenia, rose, hybrid tea rose, dahlia, Avalanche rose.
-Silk greenery: golden banyan leaves, and silver dollar eucalyptus leaves.

Note
- Some flowers may arrive out of shape from shipping, but you can easily refresh them by hand or with a steamer.
- Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, and other weather conditions might change your flowers’ color and shape. Store your bouquet in a cool, dry place until you’re ready for the aisle.

Orders are normally processed and shipped in 3 business days. After the order is processed, the package(s) will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days. 
  • Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
  • Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

RETURNS 

  • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.

  • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
  • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.

REPLACEMENTS

  • Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
  • If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.

Beautiful

This bouquet came carefully packaged (I was worried when the box arrived damaged but there was a second box inside keeping the contents safe). It perfectly matches my aesthetic and is very beautiful. Can’t wait to use it for my wedding
