PACKAGE DETAILS:
- Size: Each piece is approx. 2.7" W x 4.7" H.
- Material: The boutonnieres are made of navy sea holly, brown berries, and long-leaf eucalyptus.
- A Set of 10 boutonnieres may fit the number of grooms. Perfect for weddings with large numbers of people, reserve decorations for your family and intimate guests!
- Pre-made & Convenient: The boutonniere for men will never wilt and are ready whenever you need them so you can order these ahead of time.
- Note: There may be a little deformity during handling, storing, and transportation. Please adjust the flowers to recover their shapes after receiving them. If there is dust on the product, please gently blow off the dust with cold air from a hair dryer or wipe it with a dry paper towel.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.
- Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
- Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
- Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

If you find any item(s) missing or wrongly sent, please report the issue to our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your package.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
