              • Feature: Each bridesmaid's bouquet is different in design, creating a personalized bouquet for each bridesmaid.
              • Size: Each bridesmaid bouquet is approx. 7" W x 13" H. 
                         The ribbons: each piece is 1.5" W x 3.25ft L, 4 pieces each in nude and burgundy. 
              • Material: Made of high-quality silk/foam flowers and silk greenery.
                • Silk flowers include dusty rose Escimo rose, burgundy Vendela rose, and burgundy phalaenopsis.
                • Foam flowers include black baccara blooming peony, black baccara avalanche rose, burgundy avalanche rose, burgundy camellia, black baccara rose, dusty rose rose, burgundy rose, petal pink petite rose.
                • Accessories include burgundy and dusty rose eucalyptus leaves, burgundy trumpet leaves, burgundy cider gum eucalyptus, golden leaves, burgundy fern leaves, and pearl floral pick.
              • Notes:
                • These foam flowers are handmade. Please understand that the size may vary slightly and there might be a slight color difference between different dye lots. There might be a little deformity during handling, storing, and transportation. Please adjust the flowers to recover their shape after receiving them.
                • Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and other weather conditions might change the flowers’ color and shape.

                        Orders are normally processed and shipped in 3 business days. After the order is processed, the package(s) will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
                        • Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days. 
                        • Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
                        • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
                        • Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

                        We hope you are happy with everything you buy, however, if there is anything that does not meet your needs or expectation, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving for a refund or exchange.

                        RETURNS 

                        • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging. 
                        • Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
                        • You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect. 
                        • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
                        • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

                        EXCHANGES

                        • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
                        • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
                        • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.

                        REPLACEMENTS

                        • Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
                        • If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
