Package: This Bridal flower package contains:
① Bridal Bouquet x1
Small 13" Cascade, approx. 13" W x 20" H.
② Bridesmaid Bouquet x4
Each bridesmaid bouquet is approx. 7" W x 13" H. The ribbons: each piece is 1.5" W x 5ft L, 2 pieces each in sage green and white.
③ Boutonniere x6
Each piece is approx. 2.7" W x 4.7" H.
④ Box of Rose Petals x1
200 pcs. They are hand-fired and each of them is approx. 1.5-2 inches.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
