PACKAGE DETAILS:

  • Package: Large Centerpiece with Vase x2.
  • Size: each centerpiece measures approx. 13.75" wide by 10.25" high (the floral is 5.75"high, the vase 4.5").
  • Material:
    • The centerpiece is a merge of beautiful foam/silk flowers, a variety of greeneries, and filler flowers. Semi-cactus dahlia, Austin rose, rosa 'Iceberg', cladding ranunculus, cornflower, hydrangea, daffodil, fluffy mini pampas grass, lavender, and pearl pick accent the centerpiece for a soft and romantic feel.
    • Rustic metal vase: The centerpiece floral comes in the metal footed vase pictured which is eco-friendly and recyclable. The flowers can be removed from the vase after the wedding.
The artificial material makes sure it can be kept for a long time. It will also be a wonderful gift to express your blessing to the bride and bridesmaid during their wedding ceremony or reception.

Orders are normally processed and shipped in 3 business days. After the order is processed, the package(s) will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.

  • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging. 
  • Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.

  • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
  • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
  • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.

False advertisement

My fiancé and I bought these in the Lilac and Gold colors. It was not as large as listed nor was it as full it has so many empty spots on it and is see through you can see the floral foam. This was a huge rip off and it's too expensive to send back because Lings Moment requires you to send the items back in the original packaging which is bulking and expensive. I'm so disappointed in these center pieces and we paid over $700 for these alone and total décor from Lings Moment almost $1900. They should be ashamed for this ripoff.

Smaller than depicted

The centerpiece ended up smaller than depicted, and the flower arrangement is a lot tighter than the nice open/loose form in the picture. Also the vase is a lot more rustic than the picture suggests, unfortunately does not fit our overall ceremony style

I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the item! I've forwarded your concerns to our team to better upgrade and improve our product!

Kindly note all our arrangements are packed tightly to prevent damage, there might be a little deform during handling, storing, and transportation. May I suggest adjusting the flowers and greenery of the arrangements to recover their shape and 'fluff' them up a bit?
